"During a caffeination meet up at one of our local haunts. A suggestion was made, and a loose plan was hatched. Stevie, the very best of punk loves art hearts agreed to be in front of the microphone, instead of behind a bass. Naked as the night, with notebook in hand. It's a big deal when natural creative moves beyond their comfort zone, and allows themselves to create on a previously unknown canvas. Not everyone can do it.

"My part in this was to create a musical backdrop. An electronic place where it could happen, if it was possible. Neither of us knew going into it knowing what would turn out. Blank slate. "Straight outta Nowheresville" is what Stevie says.

"A couple of days and hours after conception, the word of a virus closing down the cities, and scattering or decimating lives was on the wind. Both of us worked apart, and isolated, reconvening as time, health, and ability became available in fits and starts. A true story about true stories."
